For the Chicken Wings

  • 1 tsp Lawry's seasoned salt Adds a burst of flavor.
  • 1/2 tsp Lawry's garlic salt Infuses aromatic garlic essence.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder Provides a rich garlic flavor.
  • 1 tsp onion powder Enhances overall flavor.
  • 1/2 tsp pepper Adds a kick to each bite.
  • 1 tsp paprika Adds color and subtle smokiness.
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp baking powder Ensures crispy texture.

For the Alfredo Sauce

  • 2 Tbsp butter Adds richness and smoothness.
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream Creates a luscious, velvety sauce.
  • 2 tsp salt Enhances flavors.
  • 1 tsp pepper Balances creaminess with spice.
  • 2 tsp onion powder Deepens flavors.
  • 3 tsp garlic powder For delectable garlic essence.
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese Provides a nutty richness.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Clean chicken wings by rinsing in salt, vinegar, and cold water mixture; then pat dry.
  • Combine Lawry’s seasoned salt, garlic salt, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and paprika in a bowl. Rub seasoning on wings.
  • Place wings on a cooling rack over a baking sheet.

Cooking

  • Bake wings in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  • Flip wings and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
  • Flip again and bake for another 15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Making Alfredo Sauce

  • In a separate pan, melt butter over medium heat. Gradually whisk in heavy whipping cream.
  • Add salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Let it come to a light boil, then simmer for 3 minutes.
  • Stir in shredded Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  • Toss the baked wings in the Alfredo sauce to coat evenly before serving.

Notes

Serve with fresh celery and carrot sticks. For a lighter option, use Greek yogurt instead of heavy cream.
