Ingredients
  

Puff Pastry Base

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed Gently flaky and airy
  • 1 egg egg (for egg wash) Ensures a golden finish

Shrimp Filling

  • 12 medium shrimp, peeled & deveined Tender and juicy
  • 1 tbsp olive oil Rich and aromatic
  • 1 tsp paprika Vibrant and slightly smoky
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder Fragrant and savory
  • to taste Salt & pepper

Cheesy Mixture

  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded Creamy and melty
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated Nutty and sharp
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened Smooth and dreamy
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley Fresh and colorful

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Cut it into six equal squares.
  • Gently press each square into a greased muffin tin.

Shrimp Seasoning

  • In a mixing bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Cheesy Filling

  • In a separate small bowl, combine the cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, and chopped parsley. Mix until smooth.

Assembly

  • Spoon the cheesy mixture into each puff pastry cup.
  • Top each with seasoned shrimp and brush the edges with egg wash.

Baking

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Tips: Ensure shrimp are cooked properly and that puff pastry is thawed completely before baking to prevent collapsing. You can double the filling and freeze extra cups for later.
