Ingredients
  

For the filling

  • 1 cup lump crab meat or imitation crab, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, chopped tender and juicy
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened rich and creamy
  • 1/4 cup mayo velvety and smooth
  • 1/4 cup sour cream tangy and refreshing
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice bright and zesty
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder aromatic and savory
  • to taste Salt & pepper enhancing the flavors
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped fragrant and herbal

For the crepes

  • 6 large crepes store-bought or homemade, soft and pliable

For toppings

  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded optional, melty and delicious
  • 1/2 cup creamy cheese sauce or béchamel for topping, indulgent and rich

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and parsley. Mix until cohesive.

Assembly

  • Spoon the seafood filling into the center of each crepe and roll them up tightly, placing seam-side down.

Baking

  • Line a baking dish with the filled crepes and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top (if using). Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and heat for 8-10 minutes.

Serving

  • Warm the cheese sauce or béchamel, then drizzle it over the baked crepes; garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

Use fresh seafood for best flavor. Prepare crepes ahead to speed assembly. Consider adding spices for an extra kick.
