Ingredients
  

Seafood

  • 2 fillets salmon fillets (6 oz each) Rich and flaky, providing a succulent and hearty base.
  • 10 pcs large shrimp, peeled & deveined Tender and sweet, these shrimp add a delightful contrast.

Sauce

  • 1 tbsp olive oil Enhances the dish with its distinct aroma.
  • 2 tbsp butter For richness, imparting a luscious texture to the sauce.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Adds an aromatic punch.
  • 1 cup heavy cream Infuses the dish with creaminess.
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan Nutty and savory, it melts beautifully.
  • 1 cup chopped spinach Adds color and nutrition.
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional) For a little heat.

Seasoning

  • to taste salt & black pepper Essential for seasoning.

Garnish and Side

  • Chopped parsley for garnish Adds color and freshness.
  • 1 cup mashed potatoes (buttery & fluffy) A perfect side dish.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Season both salmon and shrimp with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • In a hot skillet, sear the salmon for 3–4 minutes per side until it develops a golden crust. Remove the salmon and set it aside.

Cooking

  • In the same skillet, add the shrimp, cooking until they turn pink and juicy.
  • Melt butter in the skillet. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Stir in heavy cream and grated parmesan, mixing until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
  • Toss in chopped spinach and let it wilt down in the sauce.
  • Return the seared salmon and shrimp back to the sauce and let everything simmer together for 1–2 minutes.

Serving

  • Plate your salmon, topping it with shrimp and creamy sauce.
  • Serve alongside fluffy mashed potatoes.
  • Finish with a sprinkle of chopped parsley.

Notes

Taste your sauce as you go! Adjust the seasoning or add more cheese to reach desired creaminess. For variations, consider adding sun-dried tomatoes or artichokes to the sauce.
