Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Marinate the chicken pieces in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
  • In a separate bowl, mix cornstarch, all-purpose flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • After marinating, drain the chicken from the buttermilk and toss it in the flour mixture.

Cooking

  • Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the chicken until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
  • In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha. Adjust seasoning as needed.
