Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Brush the lobster tails generously with melted butter mixed with minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  • Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes until the flesh is opaque and slightly golden.

Cooking Scallops

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat and sear the scallops for 1–2 minutes on each side until they turn a beautiful golden brown.
  • After both the lobster and scallops are cooked, drizzle them with fresh lemon juice and a touch more melted butter.

Serving

  • Sprinkle chopped parsley over the seafood and serve with lemon wedges.
