Ingredients
  

For the patties

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20) Perfect blend of tender and flavorful meat for juicy sliders.
  • 1 tsp salt Brings out natural flavors of the beef.
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper Adds warmth and depth.

For assembly

  • 6 pieces slider buns or mini brioche buns Soft and slightly sweet, ideal for the burgers.
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese Rich and creamy, enhances the flavor.
  • 1 tbsp butter For toasting buns.
  • to taste pickles, ketchup, mustard, or burger sauce Optional toppings for customization.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and pepper until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  • Shape the mixture into small slider-sized patties, about 2 inches in diameter.

Cooking

  • Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for about 3–4 minutes per side.
  • When the patties are almost done, place a slice of cheese on each one and cover with a lid for about 1 minute to allow the cheese to melt.
  • While the patties are cooking, lightly butter the inside of the slider buns and toast them until golden.

Assembly

  • Assemble the sliders by stacking the cheesy patties on the toasted buns.
  • Add your favorite toppings like pickles, ketchup, mustard, or burger sauce. Serve hot.

Notes

Tips: Use 20% fat content ground beef for juiciness. Don’t overcrowd the cooking surface, and let patties rest post-cooking for optimal moisture.
