Flavorings

  • 2 cloves 2 cloves garlic, minced Infuses the dish with a warm and inviting aroma.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a bowl, whisk the eggs until smooth and sunny yellow.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • Pour in the eggs and swirl the pan to coat the bottom. Cook for about 1 minute until set but soft.
  • Remove from the pan, slice into ribbons, and allow to cool slightly.

Cooking

  • In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil and the minced garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add the prepared green beans and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender yet crisp.
  • Drizzle in the soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring to combine.
  • Gently return the egg ribbons to the pan and toss lightly with the green beans and sauce.
  • Serve warm, ideally over a bed of rice or quinoa.
