  • 200 ml Heavy cream Adds richness and creaminess.
  • 50 g Butter Used to cook the steak and enrich the sauce.
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped Adds freshness.
  • Salt and Pepper Essential seasonings.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Remove the ribeye steaks from the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  • Season the steaks generously with salt and pepper.

Cooking

  • In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, melt 25 g of butter.
  • Carefully place the seasoned steaks in the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  • Once cooked, remove the steaks and let them rest on a plate.

Making the Sauce

  • In the same frying pan, add another 25 g of butter and the minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Pour in 200 ml of heavy cream and reduce the heat. Let it simmer for 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Stir in the chopped fresh parsley into the creamy garlic sauce.

Serving

  • Place each steak on a plate and drizzle generously with the creamy garlic sauce. Garnish with additional parsley.

Notes

Tips for success include letting the steak rest after cooking, using a meat thermometer for precise doneness, and not rushing the sauce thickening.
